8 Paid Holidays

XYPN recognizes eight company holidays. This means the office is closed and Slack is silent. Do you celebrate a holiday that’s not one of our company holidays? No worries. Simply take time off with our unlimited vacation policy.

Health Insurance

Health Insurance to Cover your Domestic Partner & Dependents or HSA Contribution

Team members can choose to participate in one of XYPN’s supported plans or have the covered premium amounts contributed to a Health Savings Account (HSA). XYPN will cover $300 toward a team member’s premium or HSA and an additional $100 per dependent, up to $500 per month. Domestic partners can get coverage too!

12 Weeks Paid Family Leave

Starting or caring for a family can be more work than a full-time job. We're proud to offer maternity & paternity leave for new births or adoptions, pregnancy recovery, immediate family member care, and leave to recover from short-term health conditions. Once back at work, we’ll be sure business travel doesn’t take you away from your little one. If you need to travel for work and have a child under 12 months old, XYPN will cover the cost of a flight and hotel room for a caretaker of your choice to accompany you. This is for both nursing mothers and parents who simply don’t want to miss their babies.

Company-Subsidized Financial Planning

Through this benefit, team members can receive sound fiduciary advice and gain a personal perspective on the work XYPN members provide their clients. XYPN will subsidize 50% of the inititiation fee up to $500 and 50% of the monthly fee up to $50.

Transparent Pay Scale

Our salary spreadsheet is available for all team members to view, so everyone is clear about what it takes to increase compensation. This is our way of removing the stress of asking for a raise. We believe you should be paid based on responsibilities, so the way to make more money is to take on additional responsibilities. Each team member participates in defining their growth path with opportunities to advance in either the management track or as a subject matter expert (SME).

Ancillary Insurance

To protect our team members and those closest to them, each team member is covered by a $25,000 life insurance policy provided by XYPN. Do you have other insurance needs? We have a policy for everything: dental, vision, voluntary life, AD&D and accident insurance.

Volunteer Program

We encourage team members to take time off to make a positive impact in their communities. For each team member who logs at least 40 hours of service to a non-profit organization during a calendar year, XYPN will donate $500 to the charity of their choice.

Weekly Happy Hours

“The Happiest of Hours” begins at 4 pm on Thursday—beer, wine, and kombucha on tap.

Morning Meditation

Mindfulness is a great way to start the day. Each morning of the work week, Director of Member Services Maddy Roche leads a guided 10-minute meditation via Zoom.  Participation is completely optional and no meditation experience is necessary.

Discounted Gym Membership

Team members can enjoy corporate membership rates at Ridge Athletic Clubs, and there’s a location just a block from our office. If you’re signing up for a new membership, the Ridge will also offer a reduced enrollment fee.

Free Healthy Snacks

When you need fuel, help yourself to free healthy snacks and beverages in our kitchen.

Two days each year, we put our regular work on hold and dive into passion projects. There are two rules for Ship It Day:

Subsidized On-Site Childcare

We’re proud to support the littlest members of the XYPN family with our very own learning center just a block from the office. Team members get priority for full-time slots and even get subsidized rates. Your workday just got easier knowing your little ones are in good hands close by.

Kid-Friendly Office

Whether daycare is closed or you just want your mini-me with you for the day, your child is welcome at the office. You’ll find there is no shortage of team members to snuggle or play with your little cuties.

Open Vacation Policy

Need time to recharge? Take it—we'll be here when you get back. To enable you to live your great life, XYPN maintains an open and unlimited vacation policy. Each team member is required to take a minimum of three weeks vacation every year—more is strongly encouraged!

Company-Funded Sabbaticals

We reward longevity. Sabbaticals are gifted with fairly few restrictions; they just need to be meaningful to you. Every team member is eligible for sabbaticals at the following milestones:

  • 5 years of employment = one month off plus $5,000
  • 10 years of employment = two months off plus $10,000
  • 15 years of employment = three months off plus $15,000

Tuition Reimbursement

The XYPN tuition reimbursement plan is designed to prepare teammates to move into senior leadership positions. The program will reimburse tuition expenses for approved graduate-level programs at in-state (Montana) institutions, or similarly priced online programs. XYPN will approve up to 2 teammates per year for grad school tuition reimbursement.

No Dress Code

If you’re comfortable, we’re comfortable. We’re a casual group. At the office, your work friends are more likely to wear slippers than neckties.

Office Kegerator

Working in a bustling downtown sounds fun, until you realize you need to park. No worries! Team members who work in our Bozeman office will receive either a parking pass for a nearby lot or a parking code for the downtown garage.

Are you a lifelong learner? You’ve found your people. Our book club digests popular books on professional topics together. Want more? We’ll stock our library with whatever you’d like to read on business.

Quarterly Parties

TSA Pre-Check

To make travel a little easier, XYPN will cover the cost of TSA Pre-Check for team members. We highly encourage it as it makes getting through security much faster and reduces stress.

Do you dread tax time? We can make it a little less stressful. Our in-house tax team offers you free use of their professional tax prep software and an individual, secure login. Never pay for tax return prep again!

Hot Laps

For every 5K walked, run, or hiked—and every 10K biked—on the Gallatin Valley Land Trust (GVLT) trails, team members receive a coaster good for one drink (up to $6) at partner businesses. For each coaster earned and redeemed, XYPN and the partner business will donate $1 each ($2 total) to GVLT to support its mission of protecting open space and building trails for generations to come.
