Kit Refund Policy

We understand that investing in your business is a significant step, and we want you to feel confident in your decision. Should you change your mind and want a refund for your purchase, please review the following policy:

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

You may request a full refund for any service that has not yet been initiated by you, or for which work has not been started by the XYPN team. After you’ve taken the first step toward service fulfillment, such as submitting an intake or request form, the service becomes non-refundable. Likewise, after any portion of your kit has been delivered, completed, or used, that portion is no longer eligible for refund.

BETWEEN 31 AND 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE

You are eligible for a 50% refund on services that remain uninitiated by you and unstarted by the XYPN team.

AFTER 60 DAYS

Refunds are no longer available for any services.

Swag items included with your kit are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.
