About Patrick Logue, CFP®, CSLP®

Patrick Logue, Founder And Financial Planner

I am the founder of Prudent Financial Planning, an RIA providing comprehensive fee-only financial planning services for young professionals who want to get out of debt and put their money to work for them. I contributed to the Student Loan sections of the CARES Act that reduced payments to $0 on all eligible Federal Student Loans, reduced interest rates to 0%, and allowed for Tax-Free Student Loan assistance from employers. I also advocated for additional Student Loan Benefits. In my spare time, I prepare tax returns for clients with Student Loans. I am also a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Planners, the Fee-Only Network, and the XY Planning Network. I have served as the 2017 Vice-President for the Financial Planning Association of Southwest Florida. I have been working Pro-Bono with Cancer Patients ever since losing his mom to Lung Cancer in 2019.

I am a CFP® professional, and a Certified Student Loan Professional(TM). I have seen firsthand the impact that debt can have from a financial and emotional perspective. I want to share my financial knowledge and help others achieve financial freedom. I am disrupting the financial planning industry by working with clients who don’t meet standard account minimums which can range from $500,000 to $2,000,000 at some firms.

Prior to starting Prudent Financial Planning, I worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 15 years. I graduated from Governor’s State University with a BS in Multi-Disciplinary Studies and a minor in Finance. Since then, I have sat for and passed several exams including the Series 7, CFP(R), FL 2-15, CSLP(R), and HRB Tax Levels 1-3. I have also worked as an Adjunct Professor in the CFP(R) Program at Boston University.
