About Jill Isbell, CFP®

Jill Isbell has made it her life’s passion to provide guidance and education to all her clients that they may take control of their finances and live the life they deserve both today and tomorrow.  She believes every person should have access to a financial professional they can trust; she works first to solve short term needs then focuses on preserving and preparing for long term goals.  Jill graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with an Accounting degree and enjoyed working in the Accounting profession for several years.  In 2007 she changed her career path to wealth management and her passion was official when she received her CFP in 2015.  Jill prides herself on being a student of her craft and is always on a path to increase her knowledge and expertise to better serve her clients.

Jill moved to Colorado in 1996 from California and has had the opportunity to take advantage of what the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer.  She has come to learn that the world is best seen from the perspective given at the top of a mountain.  She has twin boys whom she has lived her life for and has loved more than life itself.  Current hobbies outside of the office involve time spent in either the garden or the mountains, and most precious moments are those shared with her children and good friends.  She has spent much of her available time involved in the community that she is proud to call home.  In recent years she has served as President of both Lions Club and the local Chamber of Commerce.  The most rewarding part of her career is the relationships she makes with her clients and she considers it a privilege to be of service to them in the most important and sometimes difficult times of their lives.

Grant Glenn, CFA, CFP®

About Grant Glenn, CFA, CFP®

I grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, also known as Ski Town, U.S.A.®, a town that has produced 98 Olympians in 80 years. Even though I was not an Olympian, I did learn there is more than one trail to get down a mountain; and for every skier/snowboarder, some trails are more suitable than others. Applying the concept to wealth management – there are many paths an individual/family can take to accomplish their financial objectives. I co-founded Noble Wealth Partners with the vision that every client has unique needs and values. I believe each client deserves a financial plan and investment recommendations tailored to their financial goals and objectives. I would welcome the opportunity to partner with you and take your wealth management experience to the next level.

I believe advisors committed to serving their clients should take the time to master their profession. For that reason, I bring 12 years of experience from various roles within the financial industry. I have earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation (CFA is the gold standard of the investment profession.” Financial Times, 06/14/2020), and I am a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP).

Currently, I am on the Investment Advisory Committee for Colorado State University (my term ends in 2024), and an active member of the CFA Society of Colorado. To explore and deliberate on cutting edge wealth strategies, I co-founded the Irish Coffee Club, a think tank of four investment professionals, all holding the CFA designation and the CFP® certification.

Outside of the office, Grant loves to spend time with his beautiful wife, and they are expecting their first child in April 2021. In college, Grant was a member of the Club Tennis Team and the Head Coach of the CSU Snowboard Team. To this day, he still enjoys competitive tennis and snowboarding.

Please do not hesitate to contact me. I would be happy to chat with you and see if my firm is the right fit for your planning needs.

Dwight Dettloff, CFP®, CPA

About Dwight Dettloff, CFP®, CPA

My passion is serving young professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. Winding Trail Financial Planning, LLC was founded as an independent, fee-only, fiduciary financial planning firm in order to provide objective advice to those in their 30s and 40s.

I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (Michigan, Colorado). While my experience in public accounting and in private industry has given me a unique perspective to financial planning, I place a high value on self-improvement. As such, I obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.

In 2013, my wife and I made the decision to move half way across the country to Boulder County, Colorado and took a position with a privately-held, multi-entity health care consulting firm where I was formerly the Chief Administrative Officer. As CAO, I oversaw the accounting and finance functions of the company as well as human resources including benefits administration. In addition to the business side, I also played an integral part in assisting with the personal finances of the business owners. Prior to moving to Colorado, I worked in public accounting servicing closely-held businesses and their owners and high net worth individuals.

In our time off, you can usually find my wife and I enjoying our local trails whether it’s backpacking through Rocky Mountain National Park, trail running throughout Boulder and Jefferson counties, or snowshoeing the high country. We still get back to Michigan to visit friends and family and we try to celebrate Adrienne’s birthday in a new city each year. We welcomed the birth of our first child, Emmerich, in August 2018.

Nestor Vargas, CFP®

About Nestor Vargas, CFP®

For more than a decade, I have helped families in the oil and gas industry avoid common financial pitfalls that can lead to very catastrophic outcomes.

My passion for working with families in these industries was solidified when I saw many of them struggling with the consequences of the 2014 O&G market downturn.

I earned my CFP® designation in my 30s, so I am particularly attuned to the challenges facing young professionals, families and business owners. Whether it’s saving for college, paying down student loan debt or an early retirement, I will like to assist.

I established Green Mountain Planning as a fee-only financial firm to avoid the pitfalls and conflicts of interest found in other agency settings.

I work for you, not any company or product.

I live in Lakewood, Colorado with my wife Meghan and my son Paxton. We love hiking, mountain biking, skiing, playing with our dog and attending our church.

Linda Leitz, PhD, CFP®, EA

About Linda Leitz, PhD, CFP®, EA, CDFA

Peace of Mind Financial Planning takes a team approach. We believe that every client deserves a team of professionals working for them as they work to achieve their goals.

Providing financial planning is much more than a career for Linda – it’s a lifelong mission. She believes that all individuals and families can feel in control of their finances and have money to help provide them the life they want. To have a more in-depth understanding of how people work through their financial concerns and to provide better support to her clients, Linda obtained a PhD in Personal Financial Planning. Because she believes that consumers all best served by a strong financial planning profession with rigorous standards, she has given her personal time and efforts to organizations that further the profession, having been appointed to the 2016-2017 Certified Financial Planning Board Commission on Standards and having served as Chair of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors. Linda has three children and her hobbies include reading, hiking, and movies. (She also enjoys knitting, but we all agreed that’s too boring to put on the web site.)
