About Chloé A. Moore, CFP®

I’ve had the privilege of helping people realize their potential and live the life of their dreams for almost two decades. I’ve also been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients from multi-generational high net worth families to recent college graduates. With each relationship, I gain more insight into how much our emotions and our history with money has an impact on our financial decisions. When my clients experience life transitions, their investment portfolios are the last thing on their minds. They are more concerned about navigating through big life decisions or having a plan in place in anticipation of a major event. In being there for my clients, I’ve seen firsthand the benefits of going beyond investment management and developing a deeper relationship.

As a woman of color in the financial services industry, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with being the only one in the room. Approximately 23% of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals in the United States are women, and approximately 1.7% are black. The statistics are similar for underrepresented and underserved populations in tech (women, people of color, the LGBTQ community). I’ve built my firm to address the needs of these populations. In addition to helping you grow financially, I can help you gain clarity around your ideal life, build a network of professionals who can work together to help you achieve your goals, and point you to resources that can help further your career.

Why Financial Staples? In addition to being the financial expert among my friends, I’m the go-to person for all things culinary. I love to entertain and, with my well-stocked kitchen, I’m always prepared to whip up a seated dinner for 8 at a moment’s notice. I also believe in the power of a recipe, but I know how to improvise if needed. This easily translates to a person’s financial world. With staples (good financial habits) and a recipe (financial plan), anything is possible!

If you would like to learn more about how we can work together, schedule an initial consultation.

About Gabriel Anderson, CFP®, CLU, ChFC

Hey everyone, my name is Gabe and I run a westside Los Angeles based financial planning firm that serves Builders, Creators, and Educators both locally and virtually.

We specialize in and may be a good fit if you are:
A Creator: You work in entertainment in some fashion (writers, editors, musicians, producers, cinematographers, etc) and tend to have “lumpy” income. Advice often surrounds: cash flow/budgeting, incorporating, retirement planning, guild membership, pensions, and planning for future goals.

A Builder: You work in the tech space and/or run your own business. Advice often surrounds: stock compensation (ISOs, RSUs, NQSOs, etc), employee benefits, retirement planning, goal planning, values discussions, and cash flow/budgeting.
An Educator: You have worked or currently work in higher education. Advice often surrounds: pension planning, social security, 403b/457 plans, and unique employee benefits.

Crafted Wealth was founded in Venice, CA in 2015 and we currently work out of a home office on the Westside, 90066. We often meet our clients virtually but are available to meet in person locally at WeWork’s Playa Vista and Santa Monica locations. We’re also huge fans of coffee so we’re never opposed to an initial meetup at a local spot.

If any of the above seems intriguing and you’re ready to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit, please head to our website to schedule a meeting at

Looking forward to meeting you soon!

Rick Spillane, CFP®, CPA

About Rick Spillane, CFP®, CPA

I am passionate about helping Gen X professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners make smart financial decisions so they can live a better life.

My clients seek advice on a wide variety of issues, but generally share similar characteristics: they generate a good income, but struggle to increase their net worth; they tend to have too much debt and don’t know what to do about it; they want to develop good saving and investing habits; they want to use technology that gives them a comprehensive, real-time view of their finances; they want to invest in themselves, both personally and professionally; they want professional guidance and support; and they are more focused on enjoying their life than the traditional meaning of retirement.

We will have a collaborative working relationship because I understand that you want to be part of the financial planning process. We will have real discussions about money and together we will figure out how to put you back in charge of your finances and on the path to financial freedom. Gen Xers are largely ignored by financial advisors, and I’m here to correct that.

I grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts, earned my undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and then moved to San Diego, California. I returned to Massachusetts in 1996 to become a partner in Spillane & Chandonnet (a local CPA firm). In 2004, I founded Spillane Financial Planning to better serve the financial planning needs of my clients. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable knowledge, experience and insight that will serve us well on our financial journey together.

I look forward to hearing from you.

About Rianka R. Dorsainvil, CFP®

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional with over a decade of experience, Rianka approaches financial planning with a strong emphasis on financial education and provides business owners, individuals, and families with the tools to make informed financial decisions. Rianka firmly believes individuals can make positive long-term decisions about their money if they understand their financial history, money culture, and the way those two things impact their lives.

Before launching 2050 Wealth Partners, Rianka founded Your Greatest Contribution (YGC) a virtual, fee-only comprehensive financial planning firm that served entrepreneurs, first-generation wealth builders, and thriving professionals in their late 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s.

Now, as the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of 2050 Wealth Partners, she focuses on providing exceptional financial services to the same first-generation wealth-builders and thriving professionals. She and Lazetta Rainey Braxton have partnered to elevate their service offering to current clients, and expand their ability to provide financial services to individuals who belong to underserved communities.

As an advocate for young professionals, Rianka served as 2016 National President of Financial Planning Association’s NexGen community, where she focused on the cultivation of the next generation of financial planners. Her volunteer work included the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, and co-founding a mentorship program for women in financial planning at her alma mater, Virginia Tech.

Currently, Rianka sits on CNBC’s Financial Advisors Council, and volunteers for the CFP Board Center for Financial Planning to help build a more diverse financial planning profession, both as a member of the Center’s Diversity Advisory Group and as a spokesperson for the “I am a CFP® Pro” campaign to encourage young people of all backgrounds to consider a career in financial planning.

In 2018, Rianka created 2050 TrailBlazers, a podcast aimed to directly address the lack of diversity in the financial planning profession by engaging industry experts and leaders in conversation to encourage cultural awareness, cultural perspective, and ways to make a measurable impact.

Through her leadership, contribution, and volunteerism within the financial service industry, Rianka has been recognized by InvestmentNews as the 2017 Women to Watch Rising Star and as a 2015 “40 Under 40” financial services professional. Wealth Management and Financial Advisor Magazine added her to 2016’s Top 10 CFP® certification holders in the country, and Wealth Management listed Rianka as one of the “Ten to Watch in 2018.” Additionally, Rianka has been published in The Journal of Financial Planning where she shared her research around cultural and wealth patterns of the millennial generation.

About Daniel Frankel, CFP®, CFA®

WealthCollab was created to help analytically minded business owners and technology professionals achieve and maintain financial independence.

As a boutique firm, we take a uniquely personal and transparent approach to understanding and advising on your fundamental financial priorities. While making smart investment decisions is critical to success, a focus on other areas of your finances like taxes, budgeting, insurance needs, retirement contributions, savings targets and business/real estate interests can be just as important.

For this reason, our focus is to provide a comprehensive framework for aligning ALL your financial decisions with your objectives.

Unlike traditional firms, WealthCollab charges a fixed fee rather than a percentage of assets or commission schedule. In most cases, this better aligns our interests and saves clients money.
