About Dustin Eldridge, CFP®, CPWA

Actively involved in team sports from the time he was 4, Dustin credits his time on the field for teaching him some of life’s most important lessons. As someone who always knew he wanted to work with athletes, he spent two years at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during college. Dustin loved the energy that came from the NFL, but the financial burden of student loans after college adjusted his more immediate career plans, an experience that helped him develop a passion for educating others on personal financial concepts.

After over a decade of working with families across the spectrum of wealth, from those looking to eliminate debt to families worth over a billion dollars, Dustin decided it was time to find his way back to sports. He launched TEAM Private Wealth Management to focus on athletes, a population that he believes has been dramatically underserved. An athlete’s high earning potential over a relatively short period of time takes a special type of planning, but with a customized approach to financial education and planning, provides the opportunity for creating wealth that can change the course of generations to come. TEAM PWM is dedicated to helping athletes and their families achieve this next level of financial freedom.

Professional Experience

Prior to founding TEAM PWM, Dustin was a Director of Client Advisory at Tolleson Wealth Management, a leading provider of family office services to ultra-high net worth families. He was the primary advisor for clients who built and sold successful businesses, providing custom, comprehensive wealth management solutions. Dustin’s expertise in all areas of wealth management, specifically business, tax and estate planning, helped families manage, maintain and grow their wealth across multiple generations.

Dustin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional. In 2020, he earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) certification through Yale School of Management.

Personal Life

Dustin lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Alli and dog Boone. He enjoys playing amateur baseball, tennis and pickleball, and loves collecting bourbon, tequila and wine from around the world.

About Ken Hargreaves, CFP®, AIF®, AWMA®, CRPC®

A Florida native, Ken founded WealthGen Advisors, LLC. after spending more than fourteen years in the financial advisory industry. During that time, Ken witnessed a wide variation of technology, expertise and advice models that didn’t always put the client first or optimize their financial situation. WealthGen Advisors was created to provide high-tech, high-quality, independent, and personalized advice that taps into the most up-to-date investment philosophies, income distribution, and tax mitigation strategies to optimize client outcomes. All this, delivered in a low-fee, commission-free atmosphere, that puts the clients’ interest above all things.

Prior to founding WealthGen Advisors, Ken spent almost a decade in New York and then Texas as Vice President at The Capital Group, a $2T global investment manager serving institutional clients and pension funds.  He also served as director to a registered investment advisory firm in Florida, where he specialized in managing investments, family and small business financial planning, and retirement income optimization analysis and strategy.   Ken has served on the board of directors for the New York City Financial Planning Association and is a member of the Investments and Wealth Institute (IWI), Financial Planning Association (FPA), XYPlanning Network, and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).

Ken earned a B.S. in Finance, from Florida State University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as the Certified Financial Planner®, Accredited Wealth Management Advisor®, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designations.

Cory Moore, CFP®, MBA

About Cory Moore, CFP®, MBA

After earning a finance degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2006, I moved to the Philadelphia area to pursue a career in personal finance. Through persistence, hard work, and a positive can-do attitude, I navigated a successful career path at Vanguard and Prudential Financial, two trillion-dollar financial services firms. At both Vanguard and Prudential, I ascended the career ladder, working my way up from an Associate to a Vice President position while also earning an MBA from Rutgers University. My unique journey (which includes relocations and promotions as well as setbacks) has influenced and shaped my perspective on the essential elements of financial planning excellence. It has provided me with both the practical and theoretical experience I need to help you reach your financial goals.

I reside in Oklahoma City, OK, having relocated here from the Philadelphia area. I am a self-proclaimed “nerd at the cool table”. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, biking, fishing, traveling, sports, and having fun!

I would love to hear about your financial dreams and discuss how I could help them come to fruition. Let’s talk!

Kelly Klingaman, CFP®, RLP®

About Kelly Klingaman, CFP®, RLP®

Hi there, I’m Kelly – financial advisor for high-achieving professional women and their families, particularly those women in their early to mid-career working in the finance and tech industries. You’ve got a busy life and you’re juggling a lot. Together we can navigate your high-income years and get clear on how to live a great life using money as a tool.

Professional:
Prior to founding KKFP, I spent nearly 12 years building a career in the investment management industry at Dimensional Fund Advisors, a large asset manager whose long-term approach to investing relies on financial science instead of attempting to guess where markets are going next. Most recently I was a Regional Director and Vice President on the sales team and Lead Chair of the Women’s Inclusion Network for employees.

I received a degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, and I also hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Registered Life Planner® designations.

Personal:
I’m a born-and-raised Texan and have called Austin my home for 15 years. My husband Matt and I have two young kiddos, plus our “first-born” – a German Shorthaired Pointer. On the weekend you’ll find our crew hiking the trails around town and stopping at Tacodeli for lunch, and in the evening we like to put on a Star Wars movie and make homemade pizza.

As for me, my favorite ways to stay active are playing sand volleyball at Aussie’s and paddleboarding on Lady Bird Lake. And while I don’t do the cooking (thanks Hubs!) our pantry is always stocked so I can bake my famous chocolate chip cookies – ask me about the recipe sometime!

My Why:
If you’re a professional woman, I understand how it feels when there are never enough hours in a day, and how overwhelming stress often accompanies the balancing act of our personal and professional lives. On top of that, the path to career success is often fraught with roadblocks that men, on average, never face.

One area in particular that never gets the attention it deserves from successful professional women? Their personal finances. What’s worse is the financial services industry tends to neglect this need because it wasn’t designed with women in mind. A big factor: most financial advisors are men. The CFP Board recently reported that only 23.4% of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals are women, a number that has hovered steadily around this point for over a decade.

My own experiences and observations pushed me to want better outcomes for women in the corporate world, so I built a business to offer customized financial guidance with all of their needs in mind.

This is the time to start optimizing your high-income years and make sure you’re using your financial resources effectively in order to enjoy life now and the journey ahead.

About Ginger Ames, CFP®, Enrolled Agent, CDAA™

We all hear whispers within us. They might guide us to a new career, towards a creative peak, or away from something at odds with our values.

What we do with them is the bigger question. Ginger Ames founded Whisper Financial to help fellow creatives listen to their whispers and use the power of financial planning to express their creativity without financial limitations.

Ginger’s professional life has delved into the artistic and business worlds, working as a glassblower and property manager. As she listened to (and ignored) her whispers, she developed a keen understanding of how a financial plan can support and enable one to create more deeply and truly.

Tim Hicks, CFP®

About Tim Hicks, CFP®

I started Hicks Financial Partners, LLC in order to provide fiduciary, fee-only financial planning and investment management.

I want to help you bring clarity to your financial well-being. I want to know your goals and priorities. I want to find out where you want to go; I call this your destination. I want to align your goals, priorities, and destination with your money.

My life experiences are a big part of what I bring to your table. I earned a Computer Engineering degree from North Carolina State University in 1999 and for 15 years worked as a Software Engineer and Software Architect for Fortune 500 companies. However, my interest was always in helping others and truly making a difference in their lives. I was not initially sure how to enter the Financial Services industry and act only as a Fiduciary but that was my one and only goal. After a couple of years struggling to find the right environment to truly serve clients, I am delighted that I found my home to always act in the best interest of our clients at all times and serve as a Fiduciary. In my opinion, that is the way it should always be when helping other with their finances but unfortunately many times that is not the case.

I live in Southern Pines, NC with my wife and three kids. We love to spend time as a family at our beach house in Ocean Isle Beach, NC and participate in sports activities and serve in our local church.

Adam House, CFP®

About Adam House, CFP®

While the desire to help individuals on a personal level has led to the development of ACH Wealth Management, I bring with me four decades of experience working in the financial service industry. I began my career in the late 1990’s as a stockbroker before working as a branch manager for nearly a decade. Next, I obtained my CFP® certification and became a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch in 2011.

I have now spent seven years as a wealth management advisor to approximately 700 clients, both employed and retired. Everyday, I wake up eager to maximize clients opportunities and benefits, and give them a breath of reassurance in their financial world.

The free moments of my day are spent with my wife, Dr. Amanda House, and my elementary school aged children, Reese and Grant. We are involved with Queen of Peace Catholic Church and our neighborhood, the Town of Tioga. We are also big Gator fans, and follow University of Florida athletics regularly.

Ronnie Colvin, CFP®

About Ronnie Colvin, CFP®

I spent 31 years climbing the tech career ladder, starting out doing simple data entry, through tech support, network engineer, and Director of IT. If you check my LinkedIn profile, you’ll see I went through a wide variety of industries including DoD, NASA, consulting, petrochemical and telecom manufacturing.

I lived the life of the W2 tech employee, maximizing my salary, benefits, stock options, etc, and when I married another tech employee we had to figure out how to coordinate our benefits most effectively, get our retirement funds balanced properly, insurance issues, even estate planning.

Now that we’re older, we’re also dealing with caring for aging parents while navigating our own lives. I know what it’s like and now I want to help others get through it as well. Not necessarily the executives (though I’ll help them too), but the front-line engineers, scientists, accountants, marketing staff, tech support – all the people who do the day-to-day work in tech who have financial questions and problems to solve are the ones I’m here for.

About Scott Vance, CFP®, EA

I served in the Army for 22 years before retiring and pursuing a career in financial advising. As someone who has transitioned from the military to civilian life, I have personally worked through many military financial questions such as Thrift Savings plan questions, Military Retirement benefits, VA disability benefits, taxes on military retirement and survivor benefit plan. This experience inspired me to help people just like you navigate your way to a successful military retirement and financial life.

My specialty in taxes enables me to uncover military-specific savings that often go overlooked. As a fee-only, independent advisor, I pride myself on simplifying your life, not adding to it.
