Robert J Falcon, CFP®, CPA

About Robert J Falcon, CFP®, CPA, CCFC®, PFS, MBA

Hi, I’m Bob Falcon. I started Falcon Wealth Managers because I know that pharmaceutical and biotech professionals have limited time available to worry about where to invest their 401(k) contributions or whether or not they are saving enough for retirement. I should know…I worked with these extremely bright people for 15 years. Professionals in other industries also have executive compensation challenges that I can help resolve with my 9 years of public accounting tax experience. By relieving these professionals of their concerns, I enable them to spend more time on themselves, their careers, and their families.

In addition to being a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and a CFP® Professional, I am one of less than 50 professionals to hold the Certified College Financial Consultant (CCFC®) designation from the AICCFC. With this unique combination of skills, I provide financial, investment, retirement, and tax planning and compliance to all of my clients. As a CCFC®, I help clients with high school students to save ON the cost of college by implementing needs-based and merit aid strategies so they can minimize their net cost and total loans incurred for college.

I paid for 100% of my education myself, including my BS in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School (UNC-Chapel Hill). My career includes 9 years of Big 4 Manager-level tax experience and 15 years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience.

On a personal note, I live in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, but I am originally from Pittsburgh and still bleed black and gold. My father was Italian, and I carry on his love of vegetable gardening (including tomatoes, lettuce, basil & herbs) and my Croatian mom’s cooking ability to cook for my wife and 2 teen boys. As the last of 7 children, I developed a self-deprecating sense of humor early on that I have maintained to this date, so I am constantly looking for ways to laugh at life and all the curve balls it throws at us.

Robinson Crawford, CFP®

About Robinson Crawford, CFP®

I started in the advice business in 2012 as an intern at First Allied Securities. Lucky for me, I got to see the inside of a lot of classic wealth management firms – how the sausage was made.

Fast forward to 2016, I’ve worked a few years in the industry, but I’m not happy with my trajectory; I want to write my own story. A couple of industry guys create a platform called XY Planning Network, seemingly tailor-made for me & my dreams. I want to serve the next generation of clients in a fair & transparent way, and I’d like to do it on my own terms. XYPN’s little push, their “Yes, you can do this” at the September 2016 conference in San Diego, was the catalyst for launching my firm, Montebello Avenue Limited Company, which went live in February 2017.

Today, my firm serves 50+ clients locally & throughout the country. I couldn’t be more proud of our clientele or more hopeful about the future of the firm.

Some more personal quick-hits:

BS, Computational Mathematical Sciences, Arizona State University
Published in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and the Alpha Architect blog
Mississippi native
Youngest of 4 siblings
I love basketball, baseball, sushi, and my dog’s underbite
Married on 10/10/2020 to the love of my life

Robert Stoll, CFP®, CFA

About Robert Stoll, CFP®, CFA

My goal as an advisor is to bring clarity to your complex financial questions. If a client understands what they’re doing and – more importantly – WHY they’re doing it, then it helps ease the feelings of uncertainty and doubt so many of us face with our finances.

We work with two primary types of clients:
– Corporate Executives: In addition to retirement planning, college planning, and other family financial planning topics, we help you understand all the benefits that are offered by your company. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), stock options, and deferred compensation can be powerful savings tools if planned well. Many companies also offer opportunities for more savings opportunities in your 401(k) plan beyond the pre-tax contributions you’re currently making.

– Near Retirees: The financial industry says a lot about saving for retirement, but doesn’t do a good job of explaining how to use those savings while you’re in retirement. We help map out a retirement income strategy so you can feel secure that you’ll be able to meet your living expense needs after you stop receiving your paychecks.

Our in-house tax planning service is a key differentiator as tax planning is critical to optimizing the value of planning strategies for executives and retirees alike.

Kyle Moore, CFP®

About Kyle Moore, CFP®

I started Quarry Hill Advisors with the goal of elevating the standard of financial planning. I entered the financial world wanting to make a difference in clients’ lives, only to find out that the “financial advisor” positions at the big firms were more focused on sales than helping people.

The purpose of Quarry Hill is to provide a better solution for people seeking expert, objective advice. We are now an industry-leading firm helping optimize the financial lives of busy Executives and Retirees around the country. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, I am committed to the highest standards of excellence and professionalism in the industry.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and was recognized with Academic All-American and Academic All-Big Ten honors as a golf team member. While I don’t conduct client meetings on the golf course, I’d be happy to take you out as friends and play you for money!

While I’m not busy in the office crafting financial plans, I love going on adventures with my wife, Madeline, and two children, Sophie Sue and Graham. My office, home, church, and in-laws are all within a 3-mile radius in St. Paul so it’s never too hard to find me!
