Kyle Moore, CFP®

About Kyle Moore, CFP®

I started Quarry Hill Advisors with the goal of elevating the standard of financial planning. I entered the financial world wanting to make a difference in clients’ lives, only to find out that the “financial advisor” positions at the big firms were more focused on sales than helping people.

The purpose of Quarry Hill is to provide a better solution for people seeking expert, objective advice. We are now an industry-leading firm helping optimize the financial lives of busy Executives and Retirees around the country. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, I am committed to the highest standards of excellence and professionalism in the industry.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and was recognized with Academic All-American and Academic All-Big Ten honors as a golf team member. While I don’t conduct client meetings on the golf course, I’d be happy to take you out as friends and play you for money!

While I’m not busy in the office crafting financial plans, I love going on adventures with my wife, Madeline, and two children, Sophie Sue and Graham. My office, home, church, and in-laws are all within a 3-mile radius in St. Paul so it’s never too hard to find me!

Entelechy is a flat fee-only financial life planning & investment management company. Our mission is to help people use money as a tool to realize life goals and reach their full potential.

Financial Life Management

We call this integration of financial planning, investment management, and tax planning & preparation Financial Life Management, and charge one flat annual fee for this service that isn’t arbitrarily tied to the value of your investment portfolio or net worth. Unlike other advisors, we aren’t compensated by the sale of financial products, by charging 1-2% of assets under our management, or by a complexity calculation that attempts to justify higher fees based on your income or net worth. Our fees are based simply on the value of the comprehensive services we provide to clients who want to fully optimize their financial lives.

Tyler Reeves, CFP®

About Tyler Reeves, CFP®

Hey there. I’m Tyler. I’m the founder of Plimsoll Financial Planning, a practice dedicated to helping early-to-mid career physicians build financial plans they feel good about.

Starting a career in medicine is hard. A late start to higher earnings, overwhelming student loans, complicated employment structures, and lifestyle creep are all challenging enough on their own. Put them together and it’s a recipe for stress.

At Plimsoll, I guide clients through these transitions, making sure they avoid costly mistakes and are in position to take advantage of every financial opportunity. My goal is to provide a place for clients to air ideas, walk through what-if scenarios, and get outside perspective on financial decisions.

If you’d like a thinking partner for your money conversations, please schedule an introductory call at to see if we’re a good fit.

Noah Schwartz, CFP®

About Noah Schwartz, CFP®

Decisions of mine are rarely made in haste, a blessing and a curse. Analysis to the nth degree and a natural skeptic, I want the proof in the pudding.

My approach to work and life is simple. It’s a dedication to continuous improvement, personally and professionally. Never stop learning. Always ask why. Never stop improving.

From those lines of analysis and approach, I bring our Registered Investment Adviser firm to you.

I’ve taken all of the experience, research and education I have accumulated since entering this industry in 1999 to create a firm that can properly serve our clients, in a fashion up to my standards, applying everything that we’ve learned to benefit you, our client.

My vision is to create a client experience so exceptional that worrying about breakfast tomorrow has our clients losing sleep, not their investments or financial future.

Certified Financial Planner by day, Certified Awesome Dad in life, it would be my honor to serve you.

Tyler R. Elliott, CFP® JD

About Tyler R. Elliott, CFP®, JD

I am the founder and principal of Watershed Wealth Planning LLC. My practice is focused on households in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s who have high income but may be struggling to build a positive net-worth, often due to the burden of student debt and rising housing costs. As a financial planner, I am able to pull on my prior experience as a bankruptcy attorney to help people avoid common pitfalls and cut out the noise that can complicate important financial decisions.

My clients have concerns that are more unique than “retirement” or “college planning,” such as: How do we travel internationally every year without compromising our long-term plan? As someone who has traveled to 33 countries in my 44 years, I love helping clients answer these types of questions.

When meeting with people for the first time, I’m often asked, “Why did you give up a career as an attorney to become a financial planner?” Practicing bankruptcy law exposed me to the countless stories of clients who had enjoyed success early in their career only to experience financial hardship as they neared retirement age. As I began to recognize the patterns of poor planning, I realized that I could have a more positive impact working with young households as they make key decisions about how to save and invest. As a proactive planner, I now get to watch clients build their ideal life while helping to increase their probability of sustained success.

Treavor Dodsworth, CFP®, CPA

About Treavor Dodsworth CFP®, CPA, CKA®

I became set on doing financial planning while studying at Olivet Nazarene University. Financial planning gives me an opportunity to take the many moving pieces of someone’s financial life and put it together in a way that is useful to them. Many people do not realize the possibilities that are open to them. They become stuck in the mundane and do not realize until many years later that they never pursued what they are truly passionate about. Financial planning allows me to help individuals articulate their dreams and then start on a path to fulfill them.

On a personal side, I hope you will find that I am professional but relaxed and open enough to let others be themselves. In my free time, I enjoy playing games with family and friends or going on the classic dinner and movie date with my wife. I feel very blessed to have the family that I do. A girl in the youth group where we volunteered once told me- “You are like Spiderman… the nerdy guy that got the popular girl.” That pretty much sums it up.

Primarily, I work with clients on a virtual basis. This means you can meet with me from the comfort of your own home. No more taking time out of your day to drive to an office.

I would love an opportunity to connect with you. Talk to you soon!
