Philip Rutterer, CFP®

About Philip Rutterer, CFP®

I created Rutterer Planning as the financial planning firm that I would want to work with. A firm where clients could be assured that I was working in their best interest with no hidden sales or insurance commissions motivating the advice. A place where fees would not go to build a building with the company name on it and where the savings were passed on to clients. A financial partner that recognized the very families that most benefit from financial advice don’t have time to meet during regular M-F business hours.

I want to share the benefits of financial planning – control of cash flow, identification and achievement of financial goals, and peace of mind – with those who could benefit from it most.

Zack Swad, CFP®, CWS®

About Zack Swad, CFP®, CWS®, BFA™, AWMA®, AAMS®

Swad Wealth Management specializes in retirement planning for people age 50+. On the surface level, I help people with their financial planning and investment management needs.

But, in a way, retirement planning is kind of dumb.. At the least the way that most advisors do it right now. The idea of waiting until some arbitrary age to pursue your true passions and enjoy life while stopping all meaningful work all at the same time doesn’t really make sense.

That’s why I’m different. I guide people through a process to help them get crystal clear on their vision of their most ideal life. We determine what might get in the way and find solutions to those things. Then, and only then, do I create a financial plan that is specific to them and has those hopes, dreams, and goals as the foundation of their plan. I want a plan that will help impact their lives for the better today while still preparing for tomorrow.

People usually come to me because they feel burnt out at their jobs or business or because they are getting near retirement and are anxious about it, both for financial reasons and personal reasons such as social connections. They’re typically very successful and have grown their wealth and made a lot of good financial decisions. However, they are concerned about making a big change because of the money and because a big change can be quite daunting. At the same time, because their lives are so busy and hectic, they don’t have the bandwidth or energy to figure it all out on their own.

I started Swad Wealth Management because I want people to feel financially confident so they can live their most ideal lives, their “dream retirement” so to speak, sooner rather than later.

I always encourage people to check out my eBook, “15 Retirement Planning Tips for People Age 50+,” which can be downloaded for free on my website: www.swadwealth.com.

I started this company after being with a Fortune 500 brokerage firm for the past almost 11 years. Before I left, I managed a practice of around $800 million dollars of assets across about 300 client households.

On a personal note, I’ve been in Petaluma for the past 9 years and am getting married in July to my beautiful fiancé, Elise Moseley! In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, singing, piano, traveling, and going to the theatre.

Jarrod Sandra, CFP®

About Jarrod Sandra, CFP®

Jarrod Sandra, MS, CFP®, CPFA®, QKA®

Jarrod grew up on the Chisholm Trail in southwest Oklahoma and currently resides on it today in the Fort Worth area. The firm’s namesake serves as a reminder of the journey he has experienced along the way to owning his own firm. It also serves as an analogy and constant reminder to his work with clients. In the days of the Trail, the cattle owners built up their herd in Texas and planned extensively for up to an 800 mile journey to sell. It wasn’t done overnight, they were disciplined in meeting their objective, and they had a plan. Jarrod’s goal is the same regarding a company retirement plan and individual’s financial plan: it takes time and thoughtful planning from start to finish.

Jarrod is married to his wife, Christina, and they have a daughter (who, for some reason, enjoys listening to 401k and financial planning podcasts on the way to school) and an English Lab. While a variety of hobbies exist in his life, he particularly enjoys cycling, being outdoors, and serving at Christ Chapel Bible Church.

In 2006, Jarrod began working in the financial services industry and in 2008 he moved into the wealth management side of the business. In 2013, he joined Fidelity Investments to help companies administer their retirement plans where he left as a Vice President of Relationship Management overseeing roughly $8 billion of retirement plan assets. And in 2022, he started Chisholm Wealth Management. This allows him to offer truly independent advice and the highest level of service to his clients. He specializes in two specific areas: helping companies with their 401(k) plans and helping business owners and families with their personal financial plan.

Jarrod has a Masters of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University and a Bachelors in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and has obtained the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and Qualified 401(k) Administrator designations.

Lisa Mesquit, CFP®, CFA

About Lisa Mesquit, CFP®, CFA

I am the Founder and CEO of Soaring Investment Management LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory firm based in Portland Oregon. In my 15 years of corporate and individual finance experience, I have managed portfolios from $250 million to over $1 billion. After graduating Oklahoma Christian University cum laude with a BS in Finance, I earned my CFA and have been a Charterholder since 1998 and I added the CFP® designation in 2022.

My salt-of-the-earth upbringing in North Texas has certainly influenced my drive to bring professional money management to individual investors in an accessible and affordable way. My childhood took me from the suburbs of Dallas to the small town of Sanger where I learned to appreciate the beauty of a cow pasture, the majesty of a thunder storm and the fun of a good football game. I also learned that things aren’t always what they seem. Modest people might surreptitiously have substantial wealth, while flashy people might be “all hat and no horse.”

In addition to my upbringing, I have held a variety of positions that have helped shaped me into the advocate for financial prudence that I am today. It began with my first job post high school at a law office. It’s there that I observed the ramifications of a national real estate collapse, the savings and loan crisis, an oil bust, and bankrupt partnerships. Vacant office space propagated the landscape throughout my college years imprinting caution and warning of boom and bust business cycles in my mind.

My long-time internship with Stifel, Nicholas brokerage firm during college introduced me to the workings of a broker/dealer, the investment banking side of municipal bonds and the training of advisors. I learned how big an impact a good advisor can have.

Upon graduation, the exemplary team at MidFirst Bank welcomed me into their Treasury Department. I am forever grateful for the disciplined approach they ingrained in me. I learned about benchmark rates of return, asset pricing, interest rate risk, corporate budgeting, and mortgage-backed securities. Eventually, I was appointed the lead analyst of the bank’s bond portfolio and maintained the Wall Street relationships there.

Arriving at Gap, Inc during a time of a fashion-miss and in the midst of the dot com boom, I kept busy securing funding in the bond market as part of their International Treasury Department. I saw up close the affects of the business cycle and strategic decisions on the shareholders and employees. I also learned, although fun at times, Corporate America was not where I wanted to be. I opt for something more personal and relational.

These business cycles and money decisions affect us all. My childhood roots coupled with valuable professional experiences helped spark my desire for families and communities to experience the blessings of financial prudence. I love being able to provide accessible and affordable professional money management through Soaring Investment Management

About Ken Hargreaves, CFP®, AIF®, AWMA®, CRPC®

A Florida native, Ken founded WealthGen Advisors, LLC. after spending more than fourteen years in the financial advisory industry. Brian Tegtmeyer, CFP®, CKA®

About Brian Tegtmeyer, CFP®, CKA®

Brian Tegtmeyer, CFP® is a fee-only financial planner based out of Columbus, OH. Brian started Truly Prosper Financial Planning to provide a more thoughtful approach to retirement planning.

Before starting Truly Prosper, Brian worked for over ten years at a fee-only wealth management firm. He was able to gain valuable experience developing detailed retirement plans, tax projections, and social security strategies. He enjoyed the work and appreciated his time there, but felt called to create a different kind of financial planning business.

In 2020, Truly Prosper was founded on the idea that retirement planning should be available to all people, not just the wealthy. That pricing should be based on the service received and not the size of the investment portfolio. That financial life planning is the key to helping clients live the best life possible with the money they have.

When Brian’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. They love playing board games, going for adventure walks, or playing a game of backyard kickball.
