Konnor Tranoris, CFP®

About Konnor Tranoris, CFP®

Hello! My name is Konnor and I help individuals and families in pursuit of their financial goals. I am a fee-only fiduciary with no assets under management minimums or net worth requirements. I am looking to serve all walks of life in their journey towards financial independence. I started Wealth Den Financial after working for a few years in the industry with a mix of small, medium, and large financial institutions and realizing not everyone is client focused. I currently live in Minneapolis area with my wife but work virtually with clients throughout Minnesota. I believe firmly in the accessibility of qualified financial advice to all, and not just those of us who have been successful already. I am always interested in connecting and learning more about everyone’s story. Feel free to reach out and connect.

James Woodall, CFP®

About James Woodall, CFP®

James Woodall is the Founder and CEO of Woodall Wealth Management. James’ passion for Wealth Management has always been around, as a child he was fascinated by the stock market in Junior Achievement and had always been drawn to investing. He graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in International Economics and Finance after studying Mechanical Engineering and realizing it wasn’t for him. Moving into the Finance industry he fell in love with Wealth Management and worked with advisors for a decade when he realized his passion for financial planning and becoming an advisor himself. Still dealing with the effects of his Grandfather’s passing and seeing the impact of estate plans going awry, he earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification from the CFP® Board, using the Southern Methodist University’s program.

The desire to build a firm focused on planning for generations so that others avoid the family issues that derive from poor estate planning pushed him to open his firm in 2022. When James isn’t working you can find him reading, cooking excessively large meals for family and friends, or slowly learning to golf.

About Alison James, CFP®, PMP

“A goal without a plan is just a wish.” – Antoine de Saint-Exupery

I founded WorthWise Financial Partners because I believe that everyone needs a financial plan. I specialize in helping families of all shapes and sizes juggle saving for college and retirement while living a full life along the way. I particularly enjoy working with young families just starting to build wealth and helping LGBTQ families navigate their unique challenges.

I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and a Project Management Professional® with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English from Rice University. Prior to founding WorthWise, I worked at Aon Hewitt for over 20 years working with large companies to help their employees protect their families and achieve financial goals through retirement and insurance programs. As I talked with friends and neighbors with growing families I recognized the challenges they faced juggling competing financial priorities. I also observed the missteps they often took through lack of the time or knowledge to successfully navigate their financial lives and the perception that financial planning was just for the already wealthy. I am now putting my decades of experience to work helping families turn their hopes and dreams into achievable goals!

I live in Houston, Texas with my husband and youngest son while my oldest attends college – a very expensive out-of-state private college I might add, so I know from personal experience how that can be! When I’m not working with my clients or reading about financial news and trends, I enjoy cooking, wine, gardening and SCUBA diving.

I look forward to meeting with you to discuss how I can bring financial peace of mind and confidence to you and your family and help you live the life you envision!

Erik Barnes, CFP®

About Erik Barnes, CFP®

Smarter Planning. Smarter Portfolios. Smarter Fees.

With almost more than decade of experience in financial planning, I bring my experience and perspective to the table as an extra set of eyes for your finances. With my education, experience, and attentive nature on your side, you can become more confident in your own financial path.

I’m a native Chicagoan and I’ve spent over half of my career working for large wealth management firms. They spent more time talking about how to make the firm more money than how to make clients more money. I wanted to change that.

In 2012, I launched Retirement Portfolio Partners. Now I can devote more time to fewer clients to deliver a superior client experience as a CFP® professional working with my clients on the same side of the table. I help my clients answer questions like:

Can I afford to retire?
Is my portfolio suitable for retirement?
Can I eliminate or at least reduce threats to my retirement?

I’m have a B.A. in Economics from North Central College (Cardinals Rule!) and a graduate of the Executive Financial Planner program at Bryant University. In addition, I hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation – exemplifying my commitment to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in the industry.

When I’m not perfecting financial plans, you can find me fishing with my family in Hayward, WI, relaxing on the beach in Indian Rocks Beach, FL, searching for the next best steak burrito, or reading the next great Jack Reacher book

Michael Morton, CFP®, ChFC®

About Michael Morton, CFP®, ChFC®

I love helping busy entrepreneurs and tech professionals with careful, smart, and custom advice so that you can enjoy life now and grow your money for the future. I work closely with only a small number of clients to provide year-round financial planning and wealth management. Together, we define your goals and implement a plan to reach them successfully.

I am not like any other advisor:
✅ I focus on you: your time, energy, dreams, and goals. Not your portfolio.
✅ I only work with a small number of clients, so that I am available for email and phone calls when something comes up and you need me.
✅ I monitor your financial plan, your net worth, savings goals, tax planning opportunities and more, to ensure that you stay on track throughout the year.
✅ I provide year-round financial planning, sending you updates on your plan and important action items just when you need them.
✅ I do not charge based on your net worth, or assets invested with me and have no minimums fees.
✅ 100% of my income comes from my clients, so whom do you think I work for?

By creating important habits, setting the correct path, and giving year-round support, together we ensure your successful financial future. Schedule a friendly conversation to feel the difference today.

When I’m not helping people achieve their wildest dreams, I love chatting about technology, start-ups, finances, markets, running, spiritual well-being, and many other topics. Gaining and sharing knowledge with friends brings me endless joy.

Leland Gross, CFP®

About Leland Gross, CFP®

Hey there, I’m Leland!

I love building relationships and coaching people, which is what really brought me alive during the 6 years I worked in the personal finance industry before starting PeaceLink Financial Planning LLC (PLFP). It has been said that personal finance is more personal than finance. I find that true.

Finances touch every area of one’s life. Finances are a tool in our lives that can cause one of two things; they can be a source of stress and anxiety or a source of confidence and excitement. I am passionate about helping individuals and families foster confidence and an abundance mindset around their life goals through the financial planning process.

After many years working in the insurance and broker-dealer world, I grew tired of transactional relationships. I was working to do financial planning, but It was more product sales than relationships. That is where PeaceLink Financial Planning LLC came in.

I founded PLFP to make a real difference in people’s lives. Through a focus on the financial planning process and building relationships, I am able to truly understand my clients and what they desire in life. This allows me to tailor advice in a way to maximize the resources at their disposal and help them develop the life that they long for.

As a fee-only CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, I have the privilege of serving my clients nationwide to experience the life that they desire. Being “fee-only” means my only source of income is directly from my clients. I don’t get paid through hidden fees or commissions for selling products. This helps minimize the conflicts of interest in our relationship and puts us on the “same side of the table” to achieve your goals.

When I am not working with my clients, you can find me spending time with my wife, Lindy, and our pup, Sutton, being with family and friends, playing pickleball, or doing anything that involves water (swimming, surfing, boating).

As your Financial Planner, I promise you honesty, transparency, and commitment to your success.

Daniel Granucci, CFP®, CFA

About Daniel Granucci, CFP®, CFA

Dan Granucci, CFA, CFP® founded Iron Path Wealth Management with a simple mission. He wanted to create a financial planning firm that he would actually hire for his own family.

With 15 years of experience giving clients financial advice, Dan knew exactly what he would look for and what he would avoid.

A wealth management firm should:
Understand a family’s goals and values before offering any advice
Offer transparent fee-only advice based on a client’s actual needs
Manage investments based on proven research with a focus on minimizing expenses and taxes
Have the ability and interest to help all generations of a family, with a variety of needs and resources
Provide insight on all aspects of a family’s financial life including cash flow, retirement, educational planning, taxes and insurance
Always act as a fiduciary, putting clients’ needs first, in the strictest sense of the word
With this mission in mind, Dan built a wealth management platform with modern technology to create the best client experience.

Whether you are considering financial planners for the first time or you are considering replacing an overpriced and underperforming current advisor, Iron Path wants to get to know you.
