About Andrew McFadden, CFP®

Andrew McFadden, CFP®, was first inspired to become a financial advisor when he turned 18 and watched his father’s brokerage account get sawed in half during the dot-com bust of 2001. Over the next decade, he gained valuable experience working at several financial firms while pursuing his MBA, in an effort to better understand how to make smart investment choices.

After working four years for one global equity research firm in particular, Andrew decided that because it takes so much time and an enormous amount of resources to make good investment decisions, that he could best help clients by pointing them to the top portfolio management firms in the country, rather than trying to do it himself. In making this decision, Andrew realized he had significantly more time to spend with those clients, and began using that time to help them make smart decisions in all the other important areas of their financial lives.

This is the story of how Panoramic Financial Advice came to be. Panoramic works tirelessly to be a forward-thinking company, leveraging technology in all the firm’s operations in a effort to make the client experience seamless and convenient. We always put our clients first, regardless of income, assets, or Facebook status.

About Raquel Hinman, CFP®

I strive to help people committed to creating a better financial life for themselves. From my firm in Erie, Colorado, I provide individually tailored advice and realistic, implementable solutions for busy individuals.

Twenty-plus years working for national and regional firms focused on wealthy clients in Denver and Boulder taught me how to provide highly personalized advice and coaching with simplicity and clarity. Today I am especially passionate about helping people like me: Gen X professionals trying to navigate the myriad challenges of saving for retirement, kids, aging parents and busy households.

What sets Hinman Financial Planning apart, though, is the ability to connect the art and science of financial planning. I run the numbers but also spend time exploring your values (your “Why?”) because your values and beliefs around money drive your actions. While you shouldn’t expect each meeting to turn into a session on a counselor’s couch, we do circle back from time-to-time to ensure our work together truly reflects your values and goals.

A Colorado native, I earned a B.S. in Finance from CU-Boulder and am a member of several professional organizations. I also serve as Treasurer and Board Member for Mental Health Partners. When away from work, I enjoy quiet evenings at home with my husband. With two teenage boys, though, my evenings and weekends are frequently spent suffering through homework, chores and, soon, teaching my older son to drive. We are avid basketball fans (Go Buffs!) and enjoy many of the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

I founded The Investment Connection in 2014 in order to provide customized financial planning and investment management services to individuals and families regardless of their net worth, income, or investable assets. My focus is on helping young, growing families and others seeking the right financial path to meet their specific goals.

I have worked with college graduates, newlyweds, first-time parents, parents with school-age children, business owners, corporate executives, professionals, as well as divorcees, retirees, and widows. I care about my clients and try to give them the best planning and investment advice possible, along with a high quality experience.

While many firms say they offer customized services, what they actually provide are one-size fits all model portfolios or financial plans from pre-packaged software. My services are truly customized to my clients’ needs. This can include incorporating socially responsible investments or alternatives into client portfolios. Performance of your accounts is also a top priority, and having a strong relationship is critically important to achieving that goal.  Building this relationship depends on the give and take of conversation and communication. I am an advisor who listens, solicits your input, shares my thinking, and tests ideas against what you are willing and able to do, so we can develop a lasting and beneficial relationship. If you are too busy with your job, your children, or other responsibilities to address your finances or manage your portfolio, give me a call!

I am a Certified Financial Planner™ professional with a law degree and have been providing fee-only investment management and financial planning services for more than 20 years. Over the years, I’ve been named a NJ Five Star Wealth Manager (Five Star Professional), Best Financial Advisor for Doctors (Medical Economics), and Best Financial Advisor for Dentists (Dental Practice). I am a member of the American Bar Association and long-standing board member of my local Estate Planning Council.  Importantly, I am a member of National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the country’s leading professional association of Fee-Only financial advisors, and am proud to be one of 30 founding members of the XY Planning Network.

My commitment to you means more than any certificate on a wall. I give my clients award-winning financial service through a personal, hands-on approach.
