Francisco Ayala, CFP®, CFA

About Francisco Ayala, CFP®, CFA, MBA

Francisco became a financial life planner to help his clients live authentically with financial freedom. Like many, Francisco found society’s version of well-being uninspiring. He found endless consumerism draining and lacking true happiness. It wasn’t until a long period of self-reflection and discovering his personal values that he started to understand what it meant to him to live with purpose. With this newfound perspective, he began aligning his money with his true interests and began living intentionally. He is motivated to help others do the same.

His career in the financial services industry spans more than 20 years and includes personal finance, investments and lending. Francisco has a master’s in business administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. He has earned the CFA® designation, the premier certification for investment management professionals. He is also a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™). He is a member of the CFA Society of Phoenix, National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), XY Planning Network and Fee-Only Network.

Outside of work, Francisco volunteers with Junior Achievement of Arizona to provide financial literacy to school-aged children. He also serves as a judge for the SIFMA Foundation’s Stock Market Game essay competition. Francisco enjoys traveling and staying active outdoors. He’s an avid hiker and likes to bike, run and swim. He looks forward to his daily mindfulness-meditation practice. Francisco lives in Phoenix with his family.

About Lacy Rogers, CFP®, CRC®

At The Dedicated Dollar, I know you want to have control over your money and your future. In order to do that, you need personal, knowledgeable financial guidance to help you reach your goals. The problem is you don’t have the know-how or the time to figure it all out, which makes you feel overwhelmed and vulnerable as you survey the never-ending information on the internet. It’s hard to know who or what to trust, or even how to make information apply to your life and needs. I believe that financial acumen shouldn’t be reserved just for the ultra-wealthy or those with a finance degree. With a dedicated partner in education, everyone can be empowered to feel confident in their decisions and their direction, and that they are truly in charge of their own destiny.

I understand what it’s like to feel like you’re drowning in volumes of information, and to feel like an advisor has different goals from your own. It can make you feel unsure about how to begin, and lose confidence in your direction. I created The Dedicated Dollar to support people like you to achieve the goals that are important just to you. For the past decade, I’ve honed my approach working with other advisors and serving over 1300 clients. I’m deeply passionate about empowering you to feel great about your decisions – not just when we’re working together, but when you move forward on your own, too. Every client has their own story, and therefore every financial plan I create will be customized and unique to your needs and goals. And you can trust that I will always place your needs above my own gain.

Here’s how I work alongside you: 1) Call to schedule an introductory meeting 2) I’ll create your custom plan designed for your life’s dreams 3) We’ll walk together to implement the plan, and we’ll update it along the way as your life evolves.

So reach out today. I can’t wait to get to know you!

About Meghan Lape-Lefevre, CFP®, EA

My journey in finance started just after my transition becoming a military spouse. Having to move every three years, it was difficult to reinvent yourself and find new employment each and every time you were assigned somewhere new. Over the years I have done everything from teaching high school mathematics to preparing taxes and financial counseling, the latter of which I was happy to make my career.

After an excruciating divorce, I was forced to reevaluate all aspects of myself. I realized that I was not content simply doing financial counseling. As a counselor, there are strict limitations and I could in no way act as a financial adviser or a financial planner. Being frustrated by this limitation made it clear that financial planning is my true calling.

Every day, I find new ways to better serve our clients. And working with professionals that share the same values and vision as I do, I have no doubt CI Financial will continue to grow and make a real difference in our communities.
