About Griffin Saddler, CFP®

I’m Griffin.

I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and the founder of Watershed Wealth.

My passion is empowering the next generation of business owners to create actionable financial plans and navigate the unique complexities of their financial situations.

I started the firm because I recognized the need for financial planning that caters specifically to young entrepreneurs who struggle to find guidance tailored to their unique financial situations despite their accomplishments in business.

When not meeting with clients or creating content for Bullet Points Finance, I like to hunt, hike, golf, and work out with my wife Abby, and our golden retriever Peach.

Jason McWilliams, CFP®, CPA

About Jason McWilliams, CFP®, CPA

Growing up, I was blessed to have two incredibly hardworking and dedicated parents – my mother a teacher, and my father a firefighter. Their example of dedication to their family, work, and community instilled in me a strong sense of service and commitment to helping others. I watched my parents navigate the financial services industry by being sold products by commissioned salespeople when they needed sound, unbiased fiduciary advice.

This realization led me to pursue a career as a fee-only financial planner and fiduciary, committed to putting my client’s interests first. I am passionate about helping individuals and families reach their financial goals through personalized planning and investment strategies, with an added focus on tax planning.

I am a Pennsylvania-licensed Certified Public Accountant and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. I’m a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rowan University.

I live in Delaware County, Pennsylvania with my wonderful wife Whitley and beautiful daughter Vivian.

Steven Schleupner, CFP®, CDFA®

About Steven Schleupner, CFP®, CDFA®, ChFC®, CDC®, MBA

The divorce process is hard for many. But when you really look, it is loaded with opportunities for improvement. So many divorcees, as they chart unfamiliar waters, unnecessarily stack “avoidable costs” on their MONEY, TIME, ENERGY and HEALTH. When these forms of prosperity exit their life, they walk around trapped, thinking “My divorce sucks”. It’s not a coincidence these same forms of prosperity wind up being crucial building blocks for moving on with their life.

I specialize in successful divorce transitions. I believe every divorcee can create the better outcomes he/she truly wants. Many people respond when hearing I work in divorce by saying “That must be hard”. No, it’s not hard. It’s rewarding.

I learned over my 20+ years as a financial planner that the high impact-moments in a person’s financial life are during the transition periods, such as retirement, college, serious illness, death, and divorce. It’s during these transitions that the tool of money comes alive. But it’s also during these periods where many mistakes are made, and where clients come face-to-face with their unique relationship with money and what the money represents.

I bring a unique blend of life coaching and financial expertise to my clients. Divorce requires both of these skills, that is, if you want to move from merely completing a divorce to successfully divorcing.

My work is fee-only. I do not sell products, charge for assets under management, or have any relationships that infringe on my ability to be completely objective and independent. I can work alongside your other advisors, or as part of your divorce team.

My services include:
– Divorce Financial Analysis, Planning, and Mistake Avoidance
– One-on-One Divorce Life Coaching
– Easing the Impacts of High-Conflict Divorce
– Mediation and Legal Support
– Case Consulting for Fellow Financial Professionals
– Complex Divorces Involving Business Owners, Senior Leaders, and Key Producers
– Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Resources and Support
– Business Divorces

Jordan DeBoer, CFP®, AWMA®

About Jordan DeBoer, CFP®, AWMA®

Professionally, I believe everyone should understand their finances from a high level, so we start there when building your plan . With industry experience since 2015, paired with multiple designations and licenses, my role as your personal financial guide is to bring clarity and purpose to your finances.

I meet you where you are experientially and want to be the person you think of before you make big decisions, which aren’t always financial.

Personally, I’m a husband, a father, a believer, a volunteer, and an adventurer! I live in a small town in East Central Minnesota with my wife and 3 young boys. We spend as many days in the summer outside mountain biking, hiking, camping and exploring. When the winter months keep us cooped up, I am able to dedicate more time to the numerous organizations I volunteer with – it’s a lot, but it’s just a part of giving back in a small community.

Becky Walsh, CFP®

About Becky Walsh, CFP®

I have always loved a challenge. As a child, I enjoyed Laura Ingalls Wilder’s Little House series for its pioneering spirit and “we can do hard things” embrace of life. Founding my own financial firm, with the goal of raising others while building a business, reflects my entrepreneurial background. As the daughter, granddaughter, great-granddaughter, and even great-great-granddaughter of business-founders dedicated to serving the communities where they lived, I carry on a family tradition of service oriented entrepreneurship, working with causes close to my heart, such as the Vermont Food Bank, All Brains Belong, and the Vermont Youth Orchestra Association.

My background as a classically trained musician informs my financial planning approach. My academic research and analysis skills transfer from notes and music theory to financial planning and portfolio management. Whether serving clients or playing piano, I bring joy, creativity and a healing energy to my work.

Julia Colantuono, CFP®, APMA™

About Julia Colantuono, CFP®, APMA™

RULES I LIVE BY:
1. Know your numbers, but trust your gut.
2. Don’t leave money on the table (to taxes, fees, or anything that doesn’t bring you joy)
3. Like a business plan, a personal financial plan will never be ‘correct’. Have one anyway.
4. Life is short. Don’t wait on your dreams.

I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor™, and the Founder of One Financial Design.

As a self-development enthusiast, I’ve spent countless hours thinking about how to use money to live a true and fulfilling life. Personally, my husband and I often come back to the goal of spending more time and money on family experiences with our two kids, before time passes us by.

After working in wealth management for over a decade at some of the most respected financial institutions (JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Ameriprise Financial), I noticed the traditional financial advisor’s business model was not designed to serve today’s business owners. So I decided to take the leap and opened my own business so that I could do it my way–can you relate?

I live outside Boston with my wonderful husband Nick (who also happens to be a CFP®), and two adorable children, Laura and Jordan. Financial decisions are rarely black and white. We’ve had to be proactive about getting on the same page financially, which has required several hard conversations and compromises (and has also paid off immensely).

We always come back to our mission of being intentional with our money, and putting the right systems in place to support what matters most to us.

Are you ready to explore your financial possibilities? I can’t wait to hear your story.
